Shipping Policy

Dr. Jaban's team at Redefining Wellness Center strives to ship all products within 1-3 business days from MO, United States. 

All packages are insured by Redefining Wellness Center.

Domestic

Shipping within the U.S. qualifies for free domestic shipping for orders of $150 or more. If free shipping is chosen for an order, Redefining Wellness Center reserves the right to choose the carrier. Estimated shipping times visible during checkout do not take processing time into consideration and are not guaranteed by the carrier or Redefining Wellness Center.

International

Shipping outside the U.S. qualifies for free  shipping for orders of $250 or more. Orders outside of the U.S. are initially shipped by DHL, UPS, and USPS. Packages may be transferred to your country’s local carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of your order.

Please note that international shipping is done at the customer's risk.

We highly recommend checking with customs first before ordering to verify the cost of any potential customs fees. USPS does not provide tracking once outside of the USA.

Order Errors

Any order errors — including mis-shipments, missing items, damaged items, packages marked delivered but not received, etc. — must be reported within 30 days of order delivery to receive resolution or correction.

Please Note:

Processing time in customs may delay the estimated arrival time.

Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Refused international shipments will be issued the appropriate refund minus the return shipping charge Redefining Wellness Center incurs to reclaim the product.

Returned shipments will be issued the appropriate refund minus the return shipping charge Redefining Wellness Center incurs to reclaim the product or 30% of the order subtotal. This includes packages returned due to failure to pay customs or duties, invalid addresses, etc.

Lost Mail

For domestic shipments Redefining Wellness Center will re-ship your package if the package was deemed lost or has not been delivered 21 days after shipment date.

For international shipments Redefining Wellness Center will re-ship your package if the package was deemed lost or has not been delivered 21 days after shipment date. This does not include packages stuff in customs.

Return Policy

When using your rewards points, if you are requesting a refund we are able to issue a refund for up to the amount used on the credit card and the remainder would be issued out of the rewards used for store credit.

We sell supplements that work in an effort to restore hope and health. We are unable to offer refunds on product once it leaves our warehouse.

Program or Virtual Course Purchases

We are unable to refund online courses once purchased. If the course is not meeting your expectations please reach out to drjabanbilling@gmail.com as we strive to provide excellent education & value your feedback.
